Miss Pat presented with 6 old anterior PFM crowns that were
chipping and too long.

We replaced the old PFM crowns with 6 shorter anterior
All Porcelain crowns.
Luther Before
Mr. Luther presented with 4 old anterior PFM crowns. As you can
see, the gums surrounding these crowns had receded to expose
tooth structure under the crown margins.

We replaced the old PFM crowns with All Porcelain crowns that
extended all the way to the existing gum margin.

Miss Monica presented with malaligned anterior teeth. In addition,
she had an old PFM crown that was showing metal at the gumline.

Melanie Before Melanie After
Miss Melanie had an old, discolored PFM crown on her right central
incisor. We replaced it with an All Porcelain crown.

Miss Maria presented with an old, broken, unesthetic marilyn bridge.
Maria After
We replaced the old marilyn bridge with a traditional PFM bridge
that tucked under the gum margins for a better cosmetic result.

Miss Annis came to us missing her lateral incisors.
The space on the right side was closed.

We placed a 5 unit PFM bridge to close the space and improve the
appearance of her anterior teeth.
Chuck Before
Mr. Chuck presented with a large diastema (space) between his
two front teeth that he wished to close. In addition, the left central
incisor had about a 2mm horizontal fracture while the right central
incisor had an old, discolored crown.

We completed Chuck's new smile with 6 anterior all porcelain crowns!
Microabrasion
Before After
This young patient came to us with intrinsic discolorations on his
front teeth. The discolorations made him very self conscious.
We used microabrasion on his front teeth and he was very pleased
with the results!
