For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. You will feel right at home in our office because we treat our patients as if they were family.

Appointments

We are open to serve you, answer questions, or schedule an appointment during the following hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.  Dr. Jenn's team is now available for lunchtime appointments from 12-2 for your convenience.

Our patients are seen by appointment only and are scheduled to respect your time. We reserve a specific time for your dental care, and we make every effort to see you at the appointed time. Inadvertent delays to the schedule can occur and your patience is very much appreciated. As a courtesy, our treatment coordinators will attempt to confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance. However, we do ask that patients assume responsibility for their appointment time.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.

After Hours Emergencies

It is not always possible to be immediately available, but if you have an emergency after hours, you can call our office and leave a message with our answering service. One of our team members will return your call as soon as possible and do their best to get you out of discomfort temporarily until you are able to come into the office.
