We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Appointments
We are open to serve you, answer questions, or schedule an appointment during the following hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Drs. Brad and Godfrey take lunch from 12-2pm).
Dr. Jenn's team is now available for lunchtime appointments from 12 -2 for your convenience.
Our patients are seen by appointment only and are scheduled to respect your time. We reserve a specific time for your dental care, and we make every effort to see you at the appointed time. Inadvertent delays to the schedule can occur and your patience is very much appreciated. As a courtesy, our treatment coordinators will attempt to confirm your appointment 48 hours in advance. However, we do ask that patients assume responsibility for their appointment time.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
After Hours Emergencies
It is not always possible to be immediately available, but if you have an emergency after hours, you can call our office and leave a message with our answering service. One of our team members will return your call as soon as possible and do their best to get you out of discomfort temporarily until you are able to come into the office.
What about Finances?
Payment for professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. Every effort will be made to provide a comprehensive treatment plan which fits your budget, and gives you the best possible care. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, and most major credit cards.

Dental Benefits
For your convenience, Ingleside Dental will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. Please understand that filing your claims is a courtesy our office provides to our patients. It does not guarantee payment to us. We are providing our professional services to you and not your insurance company. Consequently, you are ultimately responsible for payment of our fees.
